Group Facilitator - North West

The role of the Group Facilitator is to progress clients through the delivery of workshops to Ingeus clients which improve their job search and applications skills, interview skills, work behaviours, motivation and confidence in order that they move closer to employment and sustain employment once started.
This role will be delivered predominantly digitally so you will have to be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes to include Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business.

Group workshop delivery

  • Using on-line digital platforms and elements of face to face to hold group or individual learning sessions ensuring that the content is relevant to those attending
  • Deliver candidate pool assessments to evaluate client readiness to be put forward for Employer Services vacancies
  • Ensure the required number of group interventions are delivered each month
  • Deliver preparation sessions to candidates to up-skill and prepare them to follow best practice at assessment centres / pre screens


  • Create and communicate a quarterly timetable of the different modules and their availability to the team
  • Provide monthly statistics in relation to performance and online engagement by the end of each month

Evaluation of Programmes

  • Ensure that evaluation forms are issued to participants, responses collated and a quarterly report of results are produced for evaluation immediately post-delivery and at an agreed point when the client is in-work.
  • Ensure that all feedback is collated following a workshop and that any constructive feedback is fed back to participant or employment coach and lesson plans and materials are updated for continuous improvement of the service

Essential Competencies 

  • Experience in and ability to deliver engaging group workshops digitally and face to face.
  • Excellent presentation and written skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a wide variety of clients and employers
  • A passion for implementing, enthusing, and developing participants
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing demands
  • Excellent organisation & planning skills including time management
