The Marketing & Communications Manager will help build and protect our brand and reputation through relevant, timely and targeted content and messages to our markets, stakeholders, customers and staff.

 

They will support engagement, performance and growth through creating, producing, distributing and evaluating internal and external marketing and communications across Ingeus and its divisions/businesses and marketplaces.

 

  • Source, craft, curate and develop relevant and high-quality content for all channels and platforms
  • Copy writing for online and off-line use, including writing compelling, engaging human interest stories and case studies
  • Day-to-day management of social media channels
  • Maintain and develop website content
  • Develop and coordinate PR for positive media coverage
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of activity through reporting and analysis
  • Produce, implement and evaluate creative campaigns and marketing plans to attract, engage and retain customers
  • Produce material to support sales objectives
  • Brand management of our corporate assets, including all sub- and product brands, and ensuring up-to-date, accurate brand guidelines
  • Manage data and ensure compliance with relevant legislation
  • Advice and support operations colleagues on communications campaigns
  • Establish and embed frameworks, policies and processes as required
  • Agency management as required
  • Any other activities to support the successful delivery of the company’s marketing & communications strategy

  • Clear ROI reporting of all scheduled activity
  • Weekly activity and engagement/lead reporting
  • Support and develop best practice tracking of engagement/leads
  • Brand awareness and perception.

 

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE

  • Strong marketing and communications experience
  • Proven success in writing professional, web and marketing copy
  • Proven success of web, digital and social activity
  • Excellent communication and proof-reading skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Meticulous attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Strong time management and planning skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
  • Media handling
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent working knowledge of platforms such as CMS, sharepoint, mailchimp, hootsuite, analytics and similar
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
