The purpose of this role is to enable the successful delivery of the Health Programmes, from a technology perspective.

This role will work closely with the Director of Health, Heads of Delivery for each service area, internal teams, particularly IT and Information Security, our customers who commission our services and technology partners.

For this role it is vital to build trusting relationships with internal and external key contacts, be an ambassador for the IT team internally and for Health & Ingeus externally.

Success in this role requires a tech savvy individual who will equally understand the Health business processes, people and targets and interface between stakeholders and teams to support participants on the programme to find employment.

With changes in providers, integrations of acquisitions and continuous improvement of current processes and systems, small/medium scale project management is an integral part of this role.

• Stakeholder management:
  • Close working partnership with the Director of Health and the Heads of Delivery for each Health contract in the Divisional pillar
  • Close working relationships with the IT teams: service desk, second line, infrastructure and business applications
  • Close working relationships with Information Security, Data Privacy and Legal teams on contracts and Data Privacy Impact Assessments.
  • Be the technology lead for Health in meetings with commissioners.
  • Produce regular reports for stakeholders as required
• Business analysis:
  • A detailed understanding of Health business processes
  • Capture business requirements for technology solutions, working with dedicated business analysts, if necessary
  • Support solution selection and maintain an interest in technologies that may be relevant for the Health programmes
• Solution implementation:
  • Be the key point of contact for Operational colleagues, IT project managers, IT workstream leads and technology partners during solution implementations, which may be changes to Operations, sites and/or new technologies
• Project management:
  • Fulfil the role of project manager for small to medium scale projects within the division, e.g. changing digital providers.
  • Follow departmental project management processes and reporting requirements

• Change management and user training:
  • Be a driver for change to continuously improve to the performance of the Health programmes, using technology
  • As required, prepare training materials and deliver training sessions and support dedicated trainers, if required
• Supplier management:
  • Take the lead on managing technology supplier relationships specifically for Health, e.g. Refer-All, including managing supplier selection, due diligence (legal and compliance), supplier set up and cancelling services no longer required
  • Ongoing management of third-party technology supplier performance, including regular reviews, feedback, understanding of Service Level Agreements, and reporting
  • Support IT colleagues on supplier management of suppliers of IT shared services, e.g. feedback on user experience
• End user computing:
  • Support IT colleagues to ensure starters and leaver requests are fulfilled in a timely fashion, especially early notification of significant demand
  • Support IT colleagues in end user support, e.g. acting as an ‘intelligent customer’, this may be done remotely, in our centres or exceptionally visiting staff at home

• Centre operations:
  • Working closely with relevant IT teams, ensure technology at our centres is operational, incidents and requests are resolved/fulfilled in a timely manner
• Compliance:
  • Liaise with the information security, data privacy, risk, legal and compliance functions at Ingeus to ensure the defined set of services have ongoing conformity to security standards and policies
• Data Privacy Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and Supplier Security Assessments:
  • Draft the DPIAs and coordinate between operational, information security, data privacy, legal and compliance colleagues to arrange approval
  • Draft the Supplier Security Assessments and coordinate between the supplier and operational, information security, data privacy, risk, legal & compliance colleagues to arrange approval
