We are looking for 4 EAP Advice Telephone Counsellors to join our team!

The main purpose of the role is;

• Answering Employee Assistance Programme calls using our telephony system
• Carrying out a telephone assessment of client needs and risk
• Provide advice and one-off counselling support and refer to other services as appropriate
• Adherence to professional standards and compliance with regulatory framework
• Embracing a proactive and Solution Focused Philosophy

Some of the duties involved are:

• Answering client calls in a timely manner
• Responding to clients email, text or interactive chat messages
• Referring clients to a range of other services and providing support for clients through sign posting and researching further resources
• Ensuring that all client related activities are recorded accurately and appropriately on our systems in a timely manner, as per KPIs and professional standards
• Ensure your Case Managers or Line Manager is aware of any risk issues which have been escalated.

This role will be subject to the following requirements:

• • The company obtaining satisfactory references, covering the last 3 years of employment including gaps
• • The company obtaining a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Certificate in respect of you from Disclosure Scotland/ the Disclosure and Barring Service in England and Wales;
• • Your legally entitled to reside and work in the UK
