We support local governments and organisations, working together to reduce the impact on those whose employment was affected during COVID-19.

As an Integration Coordinator, you will encourage, support, and empower participants through their journey towards employment.

In brief, you will:

 Engage with key stakeholders to champion integration of participants for ‘Job Entry Target’ (JETS) employment programme. The role will work closely with each Local Authority, JobCentre Plus (JCP) and voluntary/ 3rd sector services to aid participant progression towards work. It will involve client contact through Engagement Events to promote JETS Programme and focus groups, with extensive use of digital platforms such as Microsoft Teams / Skype for Business and more.

You will be the ambassador for raising awareness of strategic priorities in your local area with excellent relationship management skills, strong ability to deliver communications through face to face and remote delivery, strong understanding of the employment services/welfare to work philosophy and the needs and challenges of the job market for long term unemployed.
