The Digital Marketing Executive will help deliver the digital marketing activity for Ingeus, including contracts across employability, health, youth and justice as part of the Marketing & Communications team. They will be responsible for day-to-day implementation and reporting on activities delivered across our website, email marketing and other digital channels.

• Maximise our website CMS, proactively creating and updating content, tags etc.
• Copy writing / editing search engine optimised text.
• Use creative design packages to edit images and video content.
• Plan and implement tracking to enable effective analysis of all digital activity and report on digital campaigns as required including insights from Google Analytics.
• Create and execute SMS and e-mail based campaigns, including preparing online newsletters.
• Work closely with our Social Media Executive to integrate and support activity.
• Use our website and digital activities to support brand awareness and programme objectives such as lead generation including executing and monitoring Search Engine Optimisation on a continuous basis and PPC as required.
• Execute marketing automation activities within our CMS.
• Actively manage and keep updated company promotions and listings in the digital space.
• Conduct and analyse market research to inform continuous improvements.
• Work with media agency partners to implement and evaluate activity.
• Act as a brand ambassador and guardian.
• Manage data and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Any other activities to support the successful delivery of the company’s marketing & communications strategy.
