The Learning & Development Business Partner is responsible for the delivery of training and staff development on a variety of subject matters and for staff in different roles across the business. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable in delivering both soft skills training, in virtual and face to face, in both group and one to one settings.

The L & D Business Partner will be extremely organised as they will be responsible for coordinating training, ensuring that materials and resources are prepared in advance and managing their time effectively.

They will work closely with the Learning & Development Specialists to execute the L&D Strategies throughout the company, which reflect business priorities and ensures our teams have the capability to deliver consistently excellent services to our clients and stakeholders. 

The L & D Business Partner will support in the delivery of existing materials and sessions to ensure all staff have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to succeed

 

 

Delivery and Facilitation:

Co-ordination and facilitation of:

  • Appropriate induction for all new non-manager starters
  • Core training modules for all roles
  • Agreed ongoing quarterly development interventions for all roles as agreed
  • Staff training for scheduled roll outs (e.g.) IngeusWorks / Universal Credit
  • Staff training for roll out of national initiatives
  • Ad-hoc interventions in line with identified needs and priorities
  • Organisation and facilitation of best practice forums for non-manager roles as agreed
