At Ingeus, our passion is enabling better lives.  We are looking for 4 Client Liaison Officers to join us on a 7 month FTC working remotely. 

We support Government and local organisations, working together to ensure our participants obtain sustainable employment.

As an Client Liasion Officer (CLO) you will deliver an outstanding level of customer service to Ingeus’ participants and internal stakeholders, primarily over the telephone and via electronic communication.  This role will be to work on the DWP Work and Health Programme - Job Entry: Targeted Support (WHP/JETS).

A day in the life of a CLO looks like....

  • Make outbound calls to clients to engage clients on to Ingeus’ Programmes
  • Record all relevant information accurately and book the client on their first intervention
  • Make outbound calls to clients in work to ensure they are supported and sustain in work
  • Take follow-up action including further calls, texts or writing a letter as determined by operational processes and contractual targets
  • To make reminder calls to clients to promote their attendance to Ingeus’ Programmes
  • Promote a positive view of the Ingeus’ Programmes and address any concerns raised by the client
  • Receive inbound calls and emails from clients who need support and providing an immediate response to queries and requests
  • To follow procedure when an issue/concern is flagged by a client
  • Liaise closely with advisors and specialists regarding client concerns and progress
  • Manage the contract specific inbound line

The Programme

This role is part of our new Job Entry Targeted Support (JETS) contract. This contract is designed to help our participants who have been unemployed and in receipt of benefits for at least 13 weeks, to find sustained work.

We work with a range of people throughout including our dedicated Employer Account Managers, Employability Professionals, Group Facilitators and local community organisations to create a support package to help our participants find the right job.

Please note: All equipment needed to fulfil this role will be provided by us.

End date: 28th January 2022
