Revenue Processing and Verification Administrator (Remote, with travel to Nottingham office)

As the Revenue Processing and Verification Administrator, you will be part of an integral team that allows other departments to operate seamlessly. This includes cross-referencing Excel data and, at times, providing accurate written reports to Operational Leaders. Emails to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)/JobCentre Plus (JCP) to query or highlight information regarding participants will also form a part of the role.

As the Revenue Processing and Verification Administrator, you will be:

  • Accurately accepting referrals and importing into the Ingeus CRM system.
  • Processing data between internal and external sources and updating internal and external databases.
  • Reviewing documentation and checking funder requirements.
  • Updating and reconciling the Ingeus CRM system with information.
  • Liaising with internal operations and external partners (DWP/JCP, NHS).
  • Compiling reports on findings to inform leadership of any trends or issues.
  • Reconciling/validating databases and spreadsheets, with a timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Identifying / investigating trends and providing recommendations which lead to applied fixes to improve performance.


As our Revenue Processing and Verification Administrator, you will have:

  • A competent level of Microsoft Excel abilities – with a willingness to learn & develop.
  • Level 2 qualifications or equivalent including English and Maths.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high quality written and verbal communication.
  • An ability to prioritise workload and meet set deadlines.
  • An ability to work seamlessly in a team, as well as being self-driven to work with autonomy.
  • Good knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a busy schedule/workload under pressure.
  • A strong commitment to personal and professional ongoing development.
