Do you have experience in Customer Services? Are you looking for a stable Monday-Friday role?  Are you keen to assist people back into work by sourcing sustainable, long term work?

If so then please get in touch as we are seeking a number of Customer service Advisors to join our existing team based in Manchester!

Working Pattern: 8.00am – 6.00pm  Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays)

Salary: £22,400.00

 

What you’ll be doing…

  • Effectively engage participants onto the Restart Programme through promotion of the programme in a relevant, personalised and appropriate way to participants, JCP Work Coaches & other stakeholders
  • Build & maintain effective working relationships with contacts at JCP, providing relevant Management Information to support their monitoring of both flow and suitability of participants
  • Ensure that all documentation relating to participants is completed and maintained in an accurate, timely and respectful manner
  • Effectively collaborate with the Employment Advisors to ensure all participant information is provided in a timely manner and work cohesively to ensure a warm handover with JCP
  • Meet and exceed set targets, KPI’s and Customer Service Standards, which are centred around the following duties

  • Able to effectively network to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of the local geography to the area in which you are applying
