Position Description

We are currently embarking on an exciting journey and are looking for an Estates Workstream Lead (Business Development & New Contract Implementation) to manage the bid and new contract implementation process, design and develop the estate portfolio required for new business opportunities. This will include customer requirements analysis, identification and options appraisal of local estate options combining to form a national portfolio, estates solution design and modelling, whole life costing, mobilisation planning, and in the case of a successful bid, overseeing mobilisation, transition, transformation and exit.

In brief, you will oversee and ensure the design, development and provision of appropriate, safe and efficient estates and facilities for Ingeus. You will lead the estates workstream development and management strategy, provide leadership and guidance to all stakeholders, maintain financial control as well as compliance.

As the Estates Workstream Lead, you will coordinate projects and programmes relating to location analysis, such as property selection, including the development of costs and benefits decision making, consideration of lease and licence and any other legal arrangements, concept design including space planning, sub-contractor procurement and management, management of office fit-outs, estates financial modelling/monitoring/budget control.

This is an initial fixed term position (until July 2022), with a possibility of extension. On offer is a salary of between £70,000 to £80,000 with the opportunity to be based anywhere in the UK, as you will be able to work from home however, travel will be required throughout the UK on a regular basis. We are also interested in hearing from interims in this space, as we are open to this being either an FTC or daily rate position.
