Business Support Officer - Home Based

Position Description

The Business Support Officer will be responsible for the collation and active management of the Knowledge Base, including the partnership directory, available opportunities, and eligibility criteria. They will also manage the service directory and related interfaces with complementary service providers. 

Business Support

  • Process referrals on “Refer and Monitor an Intervention” and “iConnect”
  • Schedule Initial Assessments
  • Build excellent relationships with colleagues, participants, and external organisations.
  • Maintain and improve robust admin systems and procedures.
  • Complete tasks and projects as directed by manager.
  • Support the collation of performance data against a range of key performance indicators, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Complete spot checks and reviews of electronic records to ensure quality and compliance against contractual and delivery standards.

Knowledge Base

  • Collate and actively manage the Knowledge Base, including available opportunities and eligibility criteria.
  • Manage the service directory and related interfaces with complementary service providers.

Essential

  • General administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience of effective and efficient calendar management.
  • Excellent listening & communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with Service Users and to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to make and maintain excellent professional relationships with colleagues and partners.
  • High level of attention to detail along with the ability to organise workload and prioritise to meet deadlines.
  • An openness to new ideas and ways of working, with a willingness to learn and develop from formal feedback.
  • Excellent IT skills, including CRM.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team setting.
