We have exciting new job openings in our CiC Wellbeing team looking for 2 Case Managers!

The main purpose of the role is;

  • Undertaking client need and clinical assessments for individuals, groups and organisations across the globe.
  • The appropriate matching and referral of clients to our international network practitioners.
  • Referring clients to a range of other services and providing support for clients through sign posting and researching further resources.
  • Management of complex and trauma focussed cases and specialist referrals.
  • Providing full case management/briefing to international network practitioners on contractual requirements and the focus of the clinical work.
  • Adherence to professional standards and compliance with regulatory framework
  • Embracing a proactive, inclusive and culturally aware Solution Focused Philosophy
  • Working closely with the Head of Global Specialist services to provide clinical support on our specialist programs such as peer support, clinical group sessions and specialised learning/development
  • Providing clinically focussed peer support supervision groups

Some of the requirements for this role are as follows:

  • Recognised Counselling qualification (Advanced Diploma)
  • BACP/UKCP registration or accreditation is essential
  • Minimum of 3 years counselling experience
  • Experience and understanding of the cultural differences in mental health support internationally
  • It is desirable that you have experience in trauma therapy, such as EMDR or trauma-based CBT
  • Experience of Counselling different sectors of and clients in society

This role will be subject to the following requirements:

  • The company obtaining satisfactory references, covering the last 3 years of employment including gaps 
  • The company obtaining a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Certificate in respect of you from Disclosure Scotland/ the Disclosure and Barring Service in England and Wales
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK
