We currently have several opportunities available for Employment Case Workers in our offices in Brixton.

As an Employment Case Worker, you will be focused on providing employment support to individuals with a range of health conditions and/or disabilities. You will encourage, support, and empower participants through their journey towards employment.

Experience in Employment Services is not a must, but if you’re already working in the industry, or have before, we welcome you to join the Ingeus team. We know you’ll get off to a flying start!

We also welcome people who have worked previously as retail or store managers, travel or sales consultants, telemarketers, recruitment/HR consultants or hospitality managers - jobs that rely on great service and achieving targets. If you've done one of these types of jobs before, then you may have skills that would suit and as we provide full training, we'll help you pivot your skills into a new career as an Employment Case Worker.

Ideally, you will have experience working in a performance target driven environment, be confident delivering group-based learning interventions as well as delivering services via digital platforms.

A typical week will involve actively engaging with individual participants such as:

  • Coordinating and sequencing services on behalf of individual participants
  • Working with participants to progress them into sustainable work.
  • Building strong and positive relationships with participants
  • Making the right connections with local services, through a multi-agency approach, to coordinate a focused package of support for each participant
  • Working from local hubs, and “pop-up offices” in your community or alongside integrated services to increase service accessibility
  • Promoting any additional options available to support participants on their return to work via a local Social Prescription Network

These are permanent roles with a salary of between £28,000 to £30,000 on offer, depending on experience. You will have the opportunity to work from home however, you will be expected to work at least three days from our Brixton office.
