We support local governments and organisations, working together to reduce the impact on those whose employment was affected during this time.

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

 

  • Actively seeking out Adult Skills Providers, making contact with them and establishing strong relationships with them.
  • Developing an excellent understanding of the Adult Skills Budget and strategic direction to understand how it can help JETS achieve contract performance and support participant progress.
  • Maintaining the accuracy and efficacy of the Elemental System to ensure all Adult Skills Interventions are duly available and system information is accurate
  • Regular liaison with the operational leadership team and Supply Chain Manager to constantly increase our understanding of participant needs
  • Acting as Ingeus lead at internal and external meetings.
  • Creating a successful feedback loop and review process between Ingeus and the Adult Skills Providers to drive continuous improvement including regular feedback reviews
  • Developing long term relationship management strategies with clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities

 

Reporting and information requests

 

  • Managing information and data requests from Job Centre Plus or GMCA, ensuring timely response or referral as required
  • Work with Internal Support areas to determine Management Information supports Participant Progress and facilitates our ability to update GMCA and JCP
  • Analysing referrals and flows against predicted demand and producing monthly  reports for Stakeholders.
  • Developing and maintaining processes, frameworks and templates to ensure consistent presentation of information

 

Risk management

 

  • Identifying risks and implementing / recommending appropriate mitigation strategy
  • Contribute as necessary to the management of the risk and issues log
  • Escalating risks to Head of Delivery as required

 

Other responsibilities

 

  • Supporting as required with wider Stakeholder requirements for current and future contracts
