We are looking for an Employer Account Manager to join our team and help people back into sustainable work. Within this role you will identify and contact key employers to work with, building relationships and managing their account so participants are able access these opportunities easily.

 Your key responsibilities are:

  • Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants through remote digital methods and face to face contact.
  • To Support the restart program job entry targets
  • To sell the programme to all new and potential employers.
  • Attend relevant networking events to promote programme.
  • Make regular contact with all key employers with repeat vacancies and to conduct monthly meetings with all major employers where ongoing recruitment is occurring.
  • Liaise with employers to gain trials and placement opportunities for participants and job carve where needed.
  • Effectively agree terms of recruitment e.g., information sessions, candidate pooling, pre-screens, evidence collection arrangements.
  • Identify the recruitment needs of each employer and tailor pre-screens and group assessments to their specific needs ensuring that contractual terms are met
  • Ensure that participants are appropriately matched to employment opportunities within your area and work alongside the Restart Advisors.
  • Liaise immediately with Restart Advisors on any work-related issues and provide constructive feedback promptly. 

Experience required

  • You must have a strong understanding of local employment market and local employment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to effectively network to build and maintain effective relationships internally and externally.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications / Teams / Skype for Business
  • Excellent organisational skills
