Data Administrator 

Are you a natural problem solver, good with Excel and someone who is looking to learn new skills as a Data Administrator?

As the Data Administrator, you will be part of an integral team that allows other internal departments to operate seamlessly. This includes cross-referencing Excel data, providing accurate written reports, and emails to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP)/Job Centre Plus (JCP) to query or highlight information.

As the Data Administrator, you will:

  • Accurately accepting referrals and importing them into the Ingeus CRM system.
  • Processing data between internal and external sources and updating internal and external.
  • Reviewing documentation and checking funder requirements
  • Updating and reconciling the Ingeus CRM system with information
  • Liaise with internal operations and external partners (DWP/JCP, NHS)
  • Compile reports on findings to inform the leadership of any trends or issues.
  • Reconciliation / Validation of databases/spreadsheets and timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Identifying / Investigating trends and provide recommendations that lead to improved performance.


As our Data Administrator, you will have:

  • Competent user of Microsoft Excel – with a willingness to learn & develop.
  • GCSE Level qualifications or equivalent including English and Maths.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet set deadlines.
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team, as well as being self-driven to work with autonomy.
  • Good knowledge of how to use Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organisation skills with a demonstrated ability to manage a busy schedule/workload under pressure.
  • A strong commitment to personal and professional ongoing development.
