Able Futures deliver the Access to Work Mental Health support programme. Supporting service users to help  get, or stay in work if there is a physical or mental health condition or disability. We work closely to support individuals as well as offering guidance and support to employers on how best to support employees with a mental health condition or issue.

As a Employer Sales Executive you will promote Ingeus’ service offer to employers throughout the UK and build relationships in order to generate effective referrals onto its Access to Work Mental Health Support Service programme. You will have proven experience with relationship building and stakeholder management as well as being able to effectively map the market for opportunities.

Your duties will include;

Account Management

  • Maintain productive relationships with employers and other stakeholders to foster ongoing referral opportunities and repeat business
  • Ensure that employer accounts are kept engaged and committed through a planned programme of account management activities, which promote the features, benefits, and positive impact of ATW MHSS
  • Maintain effective and appropriate communication channels with stakeholders, including remote and digital communication channels, along with face to face.

Business Development

  • Carry out a range of business development activities and generate own business leads through the utilisation of methods such as introductory telephone calls, emails, virtual presentations and webinars etc.
  • Working to a target to generate leads for referrals and starts to ATW MHSS
  • Ensuring that employers understand the features and benefits of ATW MHSS
  • Work alongside the marketing team to provide insights which then support the development of future activity.
  • Use own business activity and marketing campaigns to secure meetings with key clients which result in generating new business agreements with clients in line with set targets.
  • Manage business opportunities from initial lead through to service completion, including areas such as transfer of information, regular communications and administration
  • Provide local insights which support to develop a business strategy which is then used to generate suitable referrals and starts on programme

This is a permanent role paying £33,000 based in South / Home Counties. As you will be networking with businesses and attending regular meetings it is essential that the successful candidate is a driver with access to their own car.
