Position Description

As our Project Manager, you will lead the design and delivery of Ingeus projects including internal change initiatives, contract mobilisations, exits and bids. Adhering to the Ingeus Lifecycle Management Framework, you will enable expected benefits, demonstrate best practice project leadership, and be recognised as a subject matter expert within the business.

You will manage the entire project management lifecycle, such as:

  • Project Planning         
  • Mobilisation Specific Planning
  • Project Implementation
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Capability Development

We are looking for a Prince 2 or similar qualified Project Manager with experience in management of complex contract mobilisations. Ideally, you will have exposure to people-centred services sector, in particular employability, health, justice, skills and youth. You will be capable of managing concurrent complex multi-discipline projects involving multiple, dispersed delivery teams in different locations.

This is a permanent position, on offer is a salary of up to £54,000 depending on experience, with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, life insurance, private medical care, company pension, additional leave for personal development and community volunteering, the opportunity to buy those extra perks such as extra annual leave, critical illness cover, dental insurance and discounted gym membership, wellbeing services and more.

Although this is a home/remote working arrangement and we welcome candidates based anywhere in the UK, regular travel will be required.
