Our Youth Services programme is working in line with a government led initiative to offer a unique opportunity for young people not in employment, education or training across the Greater Manchester region to support them in the next stages of adulthood.
As our Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing the performance and quality of a network of supply chain partners, involved in delivering requirements under the Greater Manchester NEETs contract, ensuring that they meet performance expectations and provide a high-quality service to young people. You will support the ongoing development of our supply chain partners capacity and capability and will be the lead person for the contract and relationship management of suppliers in line with the Supply Chain Management Framework, The Merlin Standard and other codes of practice/conduct as appropriate.
Your responsibilities will include all things supply chain management, strategic planning and service improvement relationship management and compliance.
We are looking for someone with proven experience in the following:
- Able to manage third-party performance against targets
- Experience in providing high-quality IAG/training
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience of engaging with other organisations or within an organisation at different strategic levels
- Experience of managing operational contracts
- Experience of applying performance management processes and frameworks, including managing under performance
- Commercial awareness and understanding of own decisions and recommendations on the wider business (internally and externally)
- Excellent presentation, listening and written skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrates a good level of IT literacy – MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to think laterally and problem solve
