IT Asset Coordinator

Salary: From £23,000 per annum + Package

Birmingham – Office Based role

If successful you will oversee the IT Asset processes for all Ingeus Technology & supply chain services. This is a highly fast-paced role, involving a lot of multi-tasking & working to tight deadlines however you will be working with (and supported by) our existing team based in Birmingham.

Main Duties

  • Monitoring & communicating the Asset Management process and supporting procedures across the business (including tracking hardware including Laptops & tablets), accessories, smartphones and printers
  • Receive IT equipment delivered to Information Services, including logging received equipment, storing it securely, conducting periodic inventories & logging distribution
  • Facilitate IT equipment delivered into our 3rd Party supplier, including logging received equipment, conducting periodic inventories and logging assets within our ITAM tool


  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, working to tight timescales
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment (e.g. IT service desk or 1st line support)
  • Previously experience using Microsoft Excel
