Performance Support Team Leader

Location: London

Salary: £35,000

Ingeus are currently looking for a Performance Support Team Leader to support the Performance Support manager in leading, developing and retaining high quality Trainers in supporting our participants who have been out of work for at least 12 months.

What you’ll be doing as a Team Leader:

  • Ensuring that Trainers are working effectively with participants and collaborating with site teams to build their skills and confidence, ultimately helping participants to overcome barriers to work and supporting their development.
  • Ensuring that Trainers are exceeding their minimum performance targets and supporting individual’s performance accordingly through regular performance reviews, coaching and performance observations.
  • Supporting the Performance Support Manager in ensuring regular reporting of performance in accordance with Ingeus Group requirements.
  • Partnering with the wider performance support team to ensure that the Trainers receive support in areas where they require additional training and support.
  • Working with the Quality performance team to ensure compliance with internal and external audits.
  • Establishing an excellent working relationship with key internal and external partners.

To be the Employability Team Leader, you will:

  • Have strong leadership, coaching and organisational skills with an ability to lead and motivate teams of people to achieve targets.
  • Have experience of working in a performance driven environment.
  • Have knowledge of the labour marker, wider provision and stakeholders local to the area in which you are applying.
