Team Manager

Salary: £33,000 per annum + Benefits

Homebased but covering Halifax, Bradford & Huddersfield – Regular travel required across multiple sites so Full UK Driving Licence & Access to own vehicle is essential

What you will be doing?

  • Direct Line Management of the team
  • Mentoring, training & developing the team to perform their roles effectively, including managing caseloads of medium & high risk service users
  • Supporting successful project delivery by maintaining operational excellence, achieving KPIs, managing the day-to-day quality of provision & managing performance

To be successful you will require;

  • Previous Team Management / Lead experience is essential
  • Experience of overseeing performance, mentoring & supporting colleagues, ensuring KPIs are met
  • Stakeholder Management; Ability to effectively network & build relationships internally & externally
