Rebuilding your life whilst on probation is one of the toughest challenges a person can face. Financial difficulties can often create additional barriers to moving forward. But with the right support, it’s possible.
We’re looking for Community Case worker to join our Finance Benefit and Debt Team - someone with a rare mix of practicality, compassion, organisation and flexibility. We understand that rehabilitation isn’t just about offering advice; it’s about pro-actively supporting someone to break down their financial barriers enabling them to move forward.
Our FBD services are delivered through practical support, tailored action plans, and close collaboration with our FCA-accredited supply chain partners.
This is a demanding role; you'll be working in a challenging environment with people who have complex needs and who can be reluctant to engage. But when you help someone break the cycle and you see them take real steps forward, it’s a great feeling.
About the Role:
You’ll play a vital role in supporting FBD Advisors by providing mentoring, wrap-around support, and helping them to manage their caseload of service users. You’ll assist with benefit applications, follow up with stakeholders, and support clients in navigating all aspects of their money management.
