Rebuilding your life after prison is one of the toughest challenges a person can face. But with the right support, it’s possible. We are looking for individuals who have faced similar challenges themselves who are best able to support and understand the challenges our participants face.
We’re looking for a dedicated Community Guide to join our team, helping participants gain essential life skills, confidence, and connections.
This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation is hard but by using your own experiences and knowledge you are ready to roll up your sleeves and pro-actively support others on their journey.
About the Role:
You will be working with individuals who have recently been released from prison, on licence or on a community order. You will be a key member of a wider team supporting and encouraging to engage in activities, learn new skills and maximise opportunities that will support them to address barriers and support their journey to rehabilitation.
