What You’ll Be Doing:
Fidelity & Quality Assurance - Champion both the IPS Fidelity Model and principles as well as the SEQF 5 stages of supported employment, ensuring that services consistently deliver high-quality, person-centred employment support. Lead and support internal self-assessments and prepare IPS and SEQF teams for external fidelity reviews / assessments
Support & Improvement - Provide expert guidance to IPS teams on fidelity compliance and to SEQF teams on supported employment quality compliance. Support teams with interpretation of both the fidelity manual and the Supported Employment Quality Framework
Data, Analysis & Reporting - Collate and analyse fidelity scores across all services to identify trends, areas for development, and opportunities for innovation. Collaborate with Ingeus teams and stakeholders to streamline reporting processes, integrate fidelity measures and improve how fidelity data is captured and used.
Collaboration & Influence - Work closely with Trusts, commissioners, and local IPS steering groups to ensure robust fidelity and quality practices are in place within our partnership services. Provide consultation to the Director of IPS and Senior IPS Operations Leads to influence future tender opportunities and strategic service developments.
