In this newly created role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of strategies that attract top talent, build high-performing teams, and drive organisational change — all within a fast-paced healthcare and customer service environment.You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading innovative talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives
  • Driving culture change, leadership development, and organisational agility
  • Embedding inclusive, future-focused learning and development strategies
  • Partnering with the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Leaders and the wider People and Culture team to enable transformation and high performance across the organisation
  • Supporting change initiatives with internal and external stakeholders

We’re seeking a confident, strategic leader with experience in people transformation, a strong understanding of organisational development, and the ability to influence across all levels.

The role will cover:

Strategic People Transformation

  • Lead the development and implementation of an integrated people strategy focused on attraction, retention, performance, and culture.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and align transformation efforts with organisational goals.
  • Define and track key metrics to measure impact on organisational performance.

Organisational Development & Culture

  • Champion innovation in learning and development to futureproof skills across a complex, regulated environment.
  • Lead leadership development, coaching, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Shape a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
  • Design and embed cultural transformation aligned with values and employee voice.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee strategic workforce planning and end-to-end talent management.
  • Embed inclusive, scalable, and future-ready recruitment and onboarding practices.
  • Strengthen internal talent pipelines and define clear development pathways.
  • Support the implementation of people technologies to enhance experience and insights.

Change Leadership

  • Lead organisation-wide change, ensuring engagement and alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert transformation guidance to senior leaders and People & Culture colleagues.
  • Influence system-level change through external partnerships and regulatory engagement.
