Service Coordinator
Salary:
£25,000 per annum + Package
Location:
Covering North Yorkshire

The Service Coordinator will provide professional support to staff, participants & managers, offering a range of general administrative activities.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Administrative Support -
Complete tasks/projects as directed by manager. Administer petty cash, participant payments, vouchers, BACS, manager’s credit card, setting up suppliers and general office petty cash procedures. Ensure that adequate forms and supporting evidence exists for all participant payments. Processing of participant and contractual paperwork for all contract evidence

Team Support – Support the collation, as directed, of data against a range of key performance indicators, compliance and quality standards. Support professional staff in the tracking and monitoring of audit compliance documentation and provide a required reports and updates to the operational management team.

Quality & Compliance - Support the quality and compliance of participant records by completing checks on all paperwork and electronic records. Supporting operations with sharing reports for both internal and external audits and contractual requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel across multiple sites where required
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to effectively network to build and maintain effective relationships, both internally and external
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities for on time delivery of the highest quality.

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience in customer service
  • Understanding of the employment services/ welfare to work philosophy and the needs and challenges of the job market
