  • Monitor and report on productivity and quality metrics to the AC Manager
  • Support the delivery of team objectives and service level agreements
  • Resolve or escalate operational issues and complaints
  • Collaborate with the AC Manager to embed best practices across the team
  • Liaise with Clinical Performance Leads to escalate clinical queries and communicate resolutions
  • Manage absence proactively to minimise disruption
  • Provide support for career development and continuous improvement
  • Carry out other ad hoc duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to manage team workload and maintain high standards
  • A performance-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Professional and adaptable approach to problem-solving and customer service
  • Experience in an assessment centre or similar environment is helpful but not essential

Why Join Us?
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team and make a real impact in a fast-paced operational environment. You’ll be supported by a collaborative leadership team and have the chance to grow your career while helping others do the same.
