The Clinical Recruitment Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful fulfilment of clinical and non-clinical hiring for the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) delivered by Ingeus on behalf of the DWP. Lead a high-performing recruitment team, implement an effective recruitment fulfilment model, and collaborate with internal colleagues and stakeholders to deliver a seamless candidate & hiring manager journey.

What you'll be doing: 

As Recruitment Manager, you will lead recruitment delivery aligned to the overall attraction and sourcing strategy that underpins both clinical and non-clinical hiring needs for the Health Assessment Advisory Service.  

You will maintain a high-performing working environment for your team, ensuring  recruitment targets are met through an efficient and scalable fulfilment model.

Work closely with Recruitment team peers, colleagues and internal stakeholders, you will ensure a seamless candidate journey—from application through to offer and collectively, through onboarding to day one.

This role is pivotal to building a strong workforce that underpins the success of the service, delivering an exceptional experience for our claimants and customer.

Lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team to deliver consistent results, driving the successful fulfilment of specialist and high-volume clinical and non-clinical hiring against agreed targets. 

Drive multi-channel attraction and sourcing strategies to maximise talent engagement and deliver optimal return on investment.

Build and leverage strategic relationships with Business and Clinical Operations leaders to influence demand planning, operational alignment, and process optimisation.

Leverage recruitment data and insights to inform decisions, measure performance and candidate experience, identify trends, and optimise processes and technology

Leverage feedback from candidates, hiring managers and internal / external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, refining processes and enhancing the overall recruitment experience.

Drive innovation in recruitment by developing new initiatives and partnering with Head of Recruitment stakeholders to design strategies that meet current demand and support future growth.

Drive employer brand advocacy, engaging team members, colleagues and stakeholders as brand ambassadors to enhance candidate attraction and market presence

Ensure all recruitment practices align with Ingeus’ Diversity & Inclusion and Social Responsibility commitments.

Demonstrate Ingeus’ core values and best practices in all aspects of leadership and recruitment delivery through leading by example.

What are we looking for:

A solid track record managing high-performing clinical recruitment teams fulfilling high volume demand, within the healthcare sector. 

Strong coaching and mentoring skills to drive high performance, continuous improvement, team collaboration and development.

Skilled in building strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders and partners and demonstrated experience of collaboration and influence across multiple teams to achieve shared goals.

Previous experience of working in partnership with internal Marketing teams to drive appropriate and optimised multi-channel recruitment advertising activity.   

Strong organisational and planning skills to manage competing priorities whilst meeting internal service-level agreements.

Comfortable with a data-driven approach to monitor performance metrics and process optimisation.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting recruitment strategies and progress to senior internal and external stakeholders.

Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment, identification of challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology platforms with a proficiency in using reporting tools to inform decision-making.
