Contract Support Advisor
Salary: 
£24,570 per annum (Pro Rata) + Package
Working Pattern:
Remote/Homeworking (Some travel required with notice)

Duration:
6-Month Fixed Term Contract

If successful you will be providing a range of administrative & support services; delivering outstanding levels of customer services – both over the phone, digitally and across the wider team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Liaising with anyone contacting the Ingeus corporate phonelines or via electronic communication – for both internal & external stakeholders, monitoring information between DWP, JCP & Ingeus
  • Processing participant referrals & importing onto CRM system
  • Conducting compliance checks against various forms of documentation linked to different contracts

You will Require:

  • General administrative experience in a high-volume environment
  • Experience of effective & efficient calendar management (Using MS Teams & Outlook)
  • Excellent listening & communication skills
