A key part of the role is bridging operational understanding with analytical expertise—ensuring the MI Team receives clear and consistent requirements, and the Supply Chain Team receives high‑quality, actionable insight that strengthens decision‑making and drives performance outcomes.

Provide evidence based insight to support supplier performance management, partner reviews, escalation processes, and improvement plans.
• Collect, validate, and quality check performance data from internal systems and Delivery Partners.
• Ensure data integrity, proactively identifying gaps, anomalies, inconsistencies, or reporting risks.
• Analyse performance trends across the supply chain, highlighting emerging issues, risks, and opportunities for optimisation.
• Convert MI outputs into operationally relevant insight and recommendations that are clear, concise, and actionable.
• Support supplier performance meetings by producing high quality data packs and contributing well reasoned, insight driven commentary.
• Maintain strong collaborative relationships with both MI and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and efficient data flow.
• Work with the MI Team to enhance reporting tools, streamline data processes, and improve the visibility and accessibility of supply chain performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, process changes, and mobilisation activity through the application of data insight and performance analysis.
• Embed an understanding of how data trends affect operational delivery, outcomes, and supplier performance.
