  • Use LMS data, analytics, and reporting dashboards to generate insights that inform decision making and improve learner engagement and performance.
  • Develop and maintain LMS reporting dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for operational and L&D stakeholders.
  • Configure and manage LMS back-end structures, workflows, permissions, and content architecture to ensure effective system performance.
  • Work with HR Systems and IT teams to support LMS integrations, data feeds, and user provisioning processes.
  • Extract, analyse, and interpret LMS data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain data quality within the LMS through regular auditing, cleansing, and accuracy checks.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues and collaborate with technical teams or vendors to resolve system or data related problems.
  • Collaborate with SMEs, operational leaders, clinical content specialists, and external partners to ensure digital learning is accurate, relevant, and aligned to best practice.
  • Introduce and champion innovative approaches such as AI enabled learning, personalised learning pathways, automation, and digital workflow improvements.
  • Ensure digital learning solutions complement and enhance blended learning programmes across HAAS.
  • Support the annual TNA process and contribute to planning, prioritisation, and scheduling of digital learning products.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of digital learning technologies, trends, and methodologies, and translate these into practical solutions for HAAS.
  • Ensure all digital content meets accessibility standards, quality assurance requirements, and contractual review schedules.
  • Maintain a personal development plan and engage in ongoing CPD relevant to digital learning, learning technologies, and HAAS subject matter.
