Employability Project Lead
Location: Home based with travel across our regions
Salary: £32,000
We are excited to offer an opportunity within Employability as part of the Operational Excellence team.
Alongside administering the Employability incentive scheme, you will manage projects and lead on the training and embedding of new processes and systems across Employability. The role combines project management skills with a deep understanding of Employability systems and processes with the ability to drive data-driven solutions.
This is a critical role that bridges the gap between technical expertise and business needs. You will be responsible for understanding business requirements and translating them into solutions.
