Employer Account Manager

Salary: £31,930 

Location: Covering our London offices

Ingeus are currently looking for an Employer Account Manager to establish, grow and maximise employer relationships and ensure that suitable vacancies are sourced for and are filled by Ingeus participants across the region or contract area.

As our Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and establishing new business and developing existing relationships with employers to provide opportunities for repeat, volume, sustainable jobs for Ingeus participants. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with new and existing employers to generate vacancies for Ingeus participants.
  • Sell the Ingeus recruitment services to employers and utilise marketing and sales tools to source vacancies and job opportunities.
  • Identify recruitment needs of each employer and ensure that pre-screens and group assessments are tailored to their specific needs.
  • Promote and agree recruitment processes with employers, i.e. web and face to face recruitment sessions, screening and shortlisting processes as well as job offer processes.

To be successful you will require

  • Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have experience of working in a sales/ target driven environment.
  • Have a strong understanding of the local employment market.
  • Have the ability to present to clients both in person and via digital platforms.
