Employer Engagement Advisor
Fixed term contract until October 2026

We are currently recruiting a team of Employment Engagement Advisors. This role sits within our Youth department and ensures our service users find suitable employment or remain employed.
About the role:
The Employer Engagement Adviser actively source suitable roles, work with employers to confirm compliance and explain the benefits and responsibilities of participation. The adviser works closely with employers to support onboarding, including coordinating eligible onboarding costs and ensuring effective induction and workplace adjustments, and maintains regular contact throughout the placement to resolve issues early and support retention.
This role will require travel around East Midlands.
