Justice Case Worker
Salary: £27,783
Location: Wolverhampton Hub (Covering Brinsford, Featherstone Swinford, Stoke Heath and Dovegate prison sites)
Contract: Full time 12 month FTC
Rebuilding your life after a custodial sentence is one of the toughest challenges a person can face. But with the right support, it’s possible. We’re looking for a dedicated Case Worker to join our team - someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation and flexibility. This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation isn't just about offering advice; it’s about rolling up your sleeves and pro-actively supporting someone on their journey
About the Role:
In this rewarding role based at the CFO Ingeus Hub, you will provide tailored, one-to-one support to a dedicated caseload of participants as they work towards reintegrating into society. By helping individuals overcome barriers, build confidence, and explore opportunities in training or employment, you’ll play a key part in their journey toward rehabilitation and independence.
You will also deliver our “Through the Gate” service, engaging with individuals in custody as they prepare for release. Through comprehensive assessments and personalised action plans, you will support their transition with targeted interventions both before and after release—addressing the areas they need help with most to promote a successful and sustainable reintegration.
You'll be working in a challenging environment with individuals who have complex needs and may be hesitant to engage. However, when you help someone break the cycle and take real steps toward transforming their life, the impact is truly life-changing—for them and for you.
