Contract: Full-time (5 days per week) FTC to March 2027

Are you a proactive, trauma-informed practitioner with a passion for supporting People on Probation to progress into education, training and employment? We are seeking an Outreach & Activity Hub Coach to deliver a blended model of outdoor group activity and structured, person-centred hub-based support across the East Midlands.
This innovative programme will enable participants to gain practical work skills through partnerships with outdoor and environmental organisations, including projects linked to bodies such as the Forestry Commission. Participants will learn new, transferable skills designed to build confidence, improve employability and create pathways into future training and employment opportunities.
You will support participants through an 8-week cohort programme, including a focused move-on period, helping them stabilise, build confidence and overcome barriers to progression.
Due to the locations covered you will need to be able to travel across the wider East Midlands Region.
