Quality Assurance Administrator

Salary: £26,000

Contract: Full time Fixed term until March 2026
Location: Remote

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Administrator to support our operations team. This varied role involves processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of our services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Payments: Process payments, petty cash, expenses, and vouchers
  • Recording: Maintain accurate records across systems (Ingeus database, Excel, manual logs) and ensure all payments are supported by proper documentation
  • Team Support: Liaise with internal teams and provide general admin support and answer and escalate calls professionally and promptly
  • General Admin duties: Support ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • IT and Administrative skills: As well as using our in house system we are looking for someone with experience of working with all MS office applications, particularly excel. You will keeping meticulous records and be able to work at pace.
  • Organisation: You can handle a busy workload and stay on top of detailed records.
  • Flexibility: You’ll need to be comfortable with change and be open to new ways of working.
  • Relationship Building: You’re able to connect with people at all levels via phone, email and Teams.
