Resourcing Partner        
Location: Lambeth
Salary: £31,930 per annum + Package

As a Resourcing Partner, you will work closely with our employment advisors and support staff and communicate and share the vacancies generated by the employer services team, as well as generating and screening participants to fill these vacancies and aid them back into work.

You will also ensure that the participants are appropriately matched to employment opportunities within their area and ensure that all vacancies are advertised and promoted to employment advisor and job ready participants.

As the Resourcing Partner, you will:

  • Liaise with the operational teams and ensure that Employment Advisors are notified about Participant referrals, pre-screens and group activities
  • Inform Employment advisors about vacancies and how to attach candidates and instructions on how they can apply
  • Provide feedback to both participants and Employment Advisors.
  • Work with the operational teams to overcome work related issues.
  • Generate and screen participants and matching them to suitable vacancies.

To be the Resourcing Partner, you will:

  • Have the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Have experience of working in a target driven environment.
  • Have strong understanding of the local employment market
