Our Specialist Clinical Recruiters are experts in healthcare recruitment - responsible for sourcing and engaging clinical professionals for critical roles within the Health Assessment and Advisory Service (HAAS). This position is part of a dedicated team supporting the HAAS contract and requires proven experience in proactive clinical recruitment, working to measurable KPIs and balancing immediate hiring needs with future workforce planning.
What you'll be doing:
- Meeting monthly demand fulfilment targets, building strong stakeholder relationships, understanding team dynamics to anticipate recruitment needs, and ensuring a smooth, positive hiring experience and candidate journey.
- Using data driven insights to drive enhancements to the candidate journey and achievement of KPIs.
- Using Healthcare sector knowledge and market insight to bring new recruitment initiatives and improvements to our way of working.
- Ensure recruitment activity is aligned to our D&I and social responsibility agenda and at the heart of everything you do.
- Leading by example, promoting the Ingeus core values and best practices.
- Coach and mentor less experienced members of the team.
- Consider all feedback for continuous improvement and development of trusted and credible relationships.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a high performing Clinical Recruiter, successfully meeting volume targets and KPIs.
- The ability to manage a high volume of applications efficiently and effectively to identify the best talent whilst meeting demand.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment to ensure demand fulfilment is met and aligned to pre agreed start dates.
- Demonstrable experience of candidate engagement and retention skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; confident speaking with senior level managers about recruitment strategies, plans and issues to overcome.
- Self-motivated, and ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement.
- Proactive use of data and insights to make informed decisions.
- Working within the parameters of GDPR and UK employment law.
- Active listening skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
