What you’ll be doing

  • Lead and optimise our recruitment tech stack, including our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding tools.
  • Deploy new systems and lead continuous improvement initiatives across talent acquisition workflows.
  • Ensure candidates have a smooth, consistent experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Partner with HR, TA, and IT to deliver system integrations that support a seamless transition into onboarding.
  • Provide hiring data insights and dashboards to drive decision-making and improve TA effectiveness.
  • Enable recruiters and hiring managers with guides, training, and process support.
  • Lead and deliver cross-functional projects, including change management and vendor oversight.

What you’ll bring

  • Proven experience in TA operations, systems management, or enablement roles.
  • Leadership and Management Experience.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting and onboarding platforms (e.g. ATS, ideally Page up or and Smart Recruiter, CRM, HRIS).
  • Excellent project management skills and experience leading system rollouts or optimisations.
  • A passion for delivering great experiences for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers alike.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills (Power BI, Excel, or similar).
