Rebuilding your life after prison is one of the toughest challenges a person can face. But with the right support, it’s possible. At Ingeus, our Justice division is dedicated to transforming lives and creating safer communities. We work alongside individuals on probation and those leaving prison to empower change, provide opportunities, and support rehabilitation. Our mission is to reduce reoffending, build stronger communities, and help people realise their potential.
We’re looking for a Site Host to join the team— someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation and flexibility.
About the Role:
As a Site Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for participants and visitors at our hub, playing a key role in creating a warm, safe, and inclusive environment. You’ll provide essential operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the hub, including managing petty cash, ordering supplies, and supporting advisors with attendance tracking.
Our hubs provide a safe and supportive space where individuals with lived experience of the criminal justice system can access tailored support and positive role models. Participants receive guidance in areas such as accommodation, health, finance and debt, education, employment, and training as they progress through their resettlement journey.
