Ready to make a real impact on quality and performance? We’re looking for a dynamic Clinical Performance Manager (CPM) to join our team and lead quality outcomes across designated regional clusters. This is your chance to influence operational excellence, champion quality standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

As CPM, you’ll work closely with the Senior Performance Manager, Regional Performance Manager, and other key stakeholders while leading a team of Clinical Support Leads (CSLs) to drive exceptional quality results across the region.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure overall Clinical performance against TPLs within the region and across the account
  • Empowering CSLs to manage their team performance, supporting CSLs to create specific improvement plans to maximise consistency, quality and enhance performance based on MI and clinical risk scores.
  • Supporting CSLs to proactively manage their own personal development
  • Identifying areas of improvement and creating IDPs to ensure delivery and management through relevant HR policies where appropriate.
  • Manage overall performance of CSL team specifically focusing on areas around the delivery of audit and assessments according to business expectations, consistency and quality monitoring of MI &dip checks of CSL improvement plans & feedback
  • Identify training needs through audit results, working with the CSL and L&D team to produce additional CME modules to support improvement.
  • To promote joint working and maximise the local relationships with key stakeholders inc. but not limited to operational managers, Audit CSLs and Clinical Excellence.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting performance data.
  • Proven track record in implementing quality and performance improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of operational delivery within health or public services.
  • Ability to lead and inspire regional teams and coach Delivery Managers.
  • Experience managing regional service delivery or performance functions.
