Adjustments

We want everyone to feel able to apply and succeed at Ingeus. If you need any adjustments or support during the recruitment process, we’re here to help. This could be because of a disability, health condition or anything else that may affect how you take part.

What do we mean by adjustments?

Adjustments are simple changes to the recruitment process that help remove barriers and give you a fair opportunity to show your skills. They are sometimes called reasonable adjustments and are part of our commitment to being inclusive and accessible.

You can ask for adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Tell our Talent Acquisition team about your needs or concerns, and we will do our best to support you.

What support can you provide?

Support will depend on your individual needs, but examples include:

  • Extra time for interviews or assessments.
  • Interview questions shared in advance.
  • Flexible interview times or breaks.
  • Online or in-person interview options.
  • Accessible formats (such as large print or screen-reader friendly documents).
  • Support from an interpreter or support person.

If you need something different, please let us know. We will do our best to support you.

Our commitment

Any information you share about adjustments will be treated confidentially and only shared with people who need to know so we can support you.

If you are offered a role, we will work with you to understand any adjustments you may need to help you get started and succeed in your role.

We will listen and respond to your needs, be flexible where possible, and treat you fairly and with respect.
