Rebuilding your life after prison is one of the toughest challenges a person can face. But with the right support, it’s possible. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an Accommodation Advisor to join the team— someone with a rare mix of compassion, resilience, organisation and flexibility. This is for the person who understands that rehabilitation isn’t just about offering advice; it’s about rolling up your sleeves and proactively supporting individuals on their journey towards securing stable accommodation and rebuilding their lives.
About the Role:

You’ll carry out initial assessments to understand needs and agree an action plan. This may include support to end/sustain a tenancy, find accommodation or basic budgeting advice. Whilst we don’t provide accommodation, we work with organisations that do, and nurturing these relationships is key in this role.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Collaborating with key partners: You’ll work alongside probation and other stakeholders to secure housing solutions i.e local authorities, housing strategy teams and landlords.
- Caseload management: You’ll manage multiple individuals, balancing their needs while keeping up with all the related admin.
- Working to KPI’s: You’ll be responsible for meeting performance targets and deadlines. Success in this role requires strong time management, prioritisation, and a results-driven approach to ensure the best outcomes.
- Quality Recording: Keep thorough records of all your work on our IT system, ensuring progress is properly tracked.
