Clinical Content and Design Specialist – Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS)
Salary: £50,000 + up to 10% annual performance bonus paid quarterly and competitive benefits package
Location: Remote with occasional travel to London
We’re looking for a content and design specialist to join our dynamic Learning and Development team within the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS). In this remote role, you’ll design and develop impactful clinical training materials that support Functional Assessors and ensure consistency in service delivery, within the WCA side of the contract.
Reporting to the Clinical Content and Design Lead, you’ll transform complex clinical concepts into clear, engaging learning resources—from e-learning modules and case studies to facilitator-led training and competency assessments. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain clinical guidance aligned with Evidence-Based Medicine and DWP requirements.
- Develop a range of training materials including videos, desk aids, and assessments.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals and external bodies to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain your own clinical approval and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong knowledge of WCA and current approval from the Secretary of State is essential.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Experience in clinical authorship, training delivery, or guidance development (desirable).
Join us in shaping the future of clinical education and making a real impact on service quality and customer experience.
