Clinical Performance Manager - PIP
The PIP Clinical Performance Manager works alongside their Regional Performance Manager to manage the assessors in the region via the CSLs (Clinical Support Leads) and SDMs (Service Delivery Managers).
The Clinical Performance Manager is accountable for the quality performance of a region driving compliance, consistency and quality as per the guidance of DWP, whilst striving to achieve the best possible customer experience.
The QPAM will lead a team of Clinical Support Leads (CSL) to ensure Ingeus deliver a service that enables achievement of contractual TPLs specifically TPL1a & TPL1b.
You will be responsible for executing clinical governance, maintaining and developing the appropriate skill set within the Sites for effective service delivery, e.g. identifying where additional Coaches, Auditors may be required, sharing best practice in order to ensure that the priorities at a national level take precedence over, for example, one team over-achieving while another under-achieves.
PIP QPAMs must be able to:-
• Drive Exceptional Quality results across the region
• Demonstrate active leadership;
• Drive change and promote innovation;
• Provide support and leadership in the delivery of change programmes, proactively leading the team through the change process;
• Build, mentor and develop a talented team to support the progression of your sites operation goals
• Provide key stakeholders with relevant information around site performance and also highlight any potential risks to quality in its broadest sense
The QPAM is expected to visit physically sites within their region and virtually with virtual teams as required to maintain regular face to face contact with the FAs and CSLs within their team.
