** Urgent role
We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join a growing team responsible for internal and external recruitment. This position is part of a dedicated team supporting the Health Assessment Advisory Service (HAAS) contract and requires proven experience as a high performing Recruiter, working to measurable KPIs and balancing immediate hiring needs with future workforce planning.
Duties include:
- Fulfilment of demand aligned to our growth plan and target start dates, ensuring a smooth, positive hiring experience and candidate journey.
- Managing both internal and external applicants.
- Building and maintaining trusted stakeholder relationships.
- Using data driven insights to drive enhancements to the candidate journey and achievement of KPIs.
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience as a high performing Recruiter.
- Proactive identification and engagement of talent from various on and offline sources.
- The ability to manage a high volume of applications efficiently and effectively to identify the best talent.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; confident speaking with senior level managers about recruitment strategies.
- Self-motivated, and ready to challenge in the interest of continuous improvement.
- Proactive use of data and insights to make informed decisions.
- Active listening skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
