Resourcer
** URGENT role
Resourcers have a key role in our recruitment team with responsibility for pre-screening all applications from our 'always on' advertising campaigns and developing/managing talent pools through effective response management and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Duties include:
- Response management of applications in line with internal SLAs, building pipelines of qualified engaged candidates aligned to monthly targets - critical to overall service delivery.
- Engage with candidates to qualify their suitability for the role in line with clinical / required standards set and recruitment parameters.
- Partner with Recruiter colleagues to ensure aligned prioritisation by site, or cohort.
- Champion candidate experience, ensuring everyone is treated equally & promptly, across all areas of the recruitment process including interview scheduling, feedback, answering questions and providing updates.
